Akhara provides gym-management software and this informational website. Contact akharasupport@gmail.com with questions. These terms describe permitted use; they do not announce a paid subscription, public release or verified Google integration.

Authorized use

Use your own account and only access gyms, branches, records and tools you are authorized to use. Gym owners are responsible for granting and reviewing team access. Do not misrepresent your identity, send unsolicited or deceptive invitations, bypass permissions, upload unlawful content or interfere with the service.

Records and shared plans

Keep information accurate and only upload content you have permission to use. Use global plan sharing only for content suitable for other eligible app users; do not include private member information. Gym owners and staff are responsible for the records and coaching instructions they enter.

Health and coaching

Akhara is not a medical service. Workout and diet records are organizational tools, not medical diagnosis or personalized healthcare advice from Akhara. Seek appropriately qualified advice about health, injury, diet and exercise suitability.

Payments and gym services

The gym supplies its memberships and coaching services and sets its charges and policies. A recorded payment, outstanding amount or app callback is not a bank settlement guarantee. Online payments, when enabled, are subject to provider authorization and applicable provider terms. Akhara does not accept payments or bank details through this website. Any future Akhara subscription price, renewal and cancellation terms must be disclosed before purchase.

Third-party connections

Google account access and Gmail sending require Google's authorization. Akhara cannot guarantee Google verification, consent approval or third-party availability. Do not share your Google password with Akhara. See Google permissions for the requested access.

Availability and changes

Functions depend on the released app version, permissions, connectivity and third-party services. Illustrative website examples are not live customer records or promises that every feature is publicly available. Report issues through Support. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

Privacy and account requests

Read the privacy policy for information handling. You may request account help, export, correction or deletion through the support process. These terms do not exclude rights you have under applicable law.
